Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Mailing list: your email address and, if you provide it, your name, when you join the list on this website. Signups are stored in Cloudflare KV.
- Contact messages: the contents of emails you send to our business addresses.
- Account information: if you create an account when accounts are offered, your name and email address.
- Billing information: when paid plans are offered, payments are processed by our payment provider or merchant of record. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Service content: prompts, files, and other content you submit to the Service, processed as described below.
- Technical data: device, app, and usage logs needed to operate, secure, and support the Service, including usage-cap data where a plan has caps.
How we use it
We use personal information to provide and secure the Service, operate the mailing list, bill for paid plans, enforce caps and policy, prevent abuse, respond to support and privacy requests, and comply with law.
Connected providers and hosted routing
No hosted model routing is currently sold. When you connect a provider or model under your own account, the content needed to answer is sent to that provider under your relationship with it and its own terms and privacy policy. Before any DoxSwarm-hosted tier is sold, the providers and data-retention terms for that tier will be published.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as hosting and payment providers), with providers you connect as described above, and where required by law. We do not train models on your content without your explicit opt-in consent.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to [email protected]. We respond within the time required by applicable law. If your account is closed or you ask us to delete your data, we delete live account data within 30 days, except records we must retain — such as billing records and auto-renewal consent proof, which is retained for 3 years or 1 year after termination, whichever is longer, as California’s Automatic Renewal Law requires. You may cancel a subscription at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Security
This website and its data move over HTTPS/TLS provided through Cloudflare. Mailing-list signups are stored in Cloudflare KV. This site does not collect or store payment or card data.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not use cookies for advertising or analytics.
Children
The Service is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data, and connected providers must not be used to process data about children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where required, notify you before the change takes effect.
