Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds
No refunds. All sales are final. This policy is stated here and will be stated again at checkout, before any purchase. If Paradox does not install or does not work as described for you, contact [email protected] — we will work with you to get it running.
Cancellation
When subscriptions are offered, you can cancel in the same place you subscribed: in the product’s Settings → Subscription → Cancel, or via the cancellation link included in every confirmation and reminder email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout; you keep access until then.
Free trials and first charges
We will not charge you after a free trial without your express affirmative consent to the paid auto-renewal terms, and we will remind you before the first charge, as required by law.
Renewals and reminders
Paid plans renew automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout until cancelled. We will email a confirmation identifying the subscription as auto-renewing, with cancellation instructions, and send annual reminders for annual plans.
Price changes
If a price change will apply to your plan, we will give you clear notice 7–30 days before it takes effect, together with how to cancel if you do not wish to continue.
