Terms of Service
1. What Paradox is
Paradox (the “Service”) is software provided by DoxSwarm. Depending on the offering, it provides a workspace for working with artificial-intelligence providers and models that you connect. No hosted model tier is currently offered for sale through this website. AI outputs may be inaccurate; verify important results. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice, and must not be used for high-risk automated decisions about individuals.
2. Licence, not sale
When you purchase or otherwise obtain access to the Service, DoxSwarm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software for your own use, for so long as your access remains active. No ownership of the software or of any underlying model transfers to you. Third-party and open-weight models are used under their own licences.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must be 18 or older (or have guardian consent where required), keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must not use the Service to: break the law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; generate child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or fraud; harass others; attempt to extract model weights or credentials; circumvent usage caps or security measures; resell raw API access obtained through the Service; or train a competing model on outputs where the upstream provider prohibits it.
4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Paid plans, when offered, are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Paid plans renew automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout until cancelled. Before any charge, we will obtain your separate express affirmative consent to the auto-renewal terms, send a confirmation with cancellation instructions, send annual reminders for annual plans, and give clear notice 7–30 days before a price change takes effect, as described in that policy.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts, files, and other content you submit. You grant DoxSwarm only the rights needed to process that content to provide the Service, comply with law, enforce these Terms, and prevent abuse. We do not train models on your content without your explicit opt-in consent. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy ever conflict on this point, the Privacy Policy controls.
6. AI output
Output generated by the Service may not be unique and may be similar for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output and for how you use it. Do not present AI output as human-created where disclosure is required.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or models, with reasonable notice where a change materially affects a paid plan. Usage caps (such as requests per window) will be as disclosed at checkout or in the product.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is,” and DoxSwarm’s total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for California consumers where applicable.
9. Third-party model disclosure
No hosted model tier is currently offered for sale through this website. Paradox is designed to work with providers and models that you connect under your own accounts, subscriptions, API keys, and licences; those services are governed by their own terms, and models run under the licences that apply to them. If a hosted tier is offered in the future, the model providers for that tier will be named on the pricing page before purchase.
10. Termination and governing law
Either party may end use of the Service as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. California law governs these Terms, except where a consumer’s home-state law mandatorily applies.
